Keep in mind that these terms are for every possible kind of scenario, depending on what I might be offering at the time, some terms may not apply! Check the Commissions tab at Ko-Fi for the related TOS to what's being currently offered.

*Rewrote the entire terms from scratch so they're more simpler to read through, multiple terms were altered and/or changed so it's recommended to read through the entire ToS again for the new things.
Surprise Me! Specific Commission Terms
1.1- You'll only be contacted at the start and end of the order, to verify the contact and send the finalized work.1.2.- No revisions or refunds are offered with this type of commission.1.3.- Unlike other Surprise Me! commissions, paying more than the original price doesn't increase the quality/content.1.4.- References images are encouraged for best results, otherwise describe with as much detail what you want in your order.Process
2.1- After your payment goes through along with your contact information added correctly (Ko-Fi, Email, Discord, Fluxer, Mastodon), I'll contact you through your chosen method to verify it's correct.2.2.- Once you confirm that and it's your turn in the commission queue, I'll start working on your order. You'll be let known it's your turn, and if it's not a Surprise Me! order, I'll send one update before the cleanup, with up to 2 revisions being allowed for free. Subsequent ones cost $2 USD each.2.3.- Once your order is finished, you'll have it sent through your chosen contact method in Original Size and an Upscaled one for social media/normal viewing.General & Payment Terms
3.1.- An order may be refused for any reason, may it be before or during working on it.3.2.- Adding to the term before, If I haven't worked on your order before declining it, you'll be refunded. Otherwise, there will be no refunds whatsoever.3.3.- Commissions are first come first served. You can check the queue status at the Trello. Each commission can take up to a month in the most extreme cases, depending on the type of order and queue size, so keep that in mind before ordering.3.4.- Reference images are heavily encouraged when commissioning me, otherwise explain with detail everything you want in your order.3.5.- Unless you explicitly tell me not to, your commission will be displayed in my Ko-Fi gallery and can also be used for promoting future commissions. Though you will be asked if you'd like your username/name to be shared with it at the Ko-Fi gallery.3.6.- I'll only draw things in my art-style, I won't mimic another art-style.3.7.- I won't draw things to be used for NFTs, Blockchains or training AI Databases.3.8.- Your order may be worked on Streams, you agree to this by commissioning me unless you ask otherwise.3.9.- You'll need to pay for the entire price of your chosen commission(s) and addon(s) (if picked) in advance before I work on your order. 4.1.- Only contact me for commissions on Ko-Fi, Email, Discord, Fluxer and/or Mastodon.4.2.- You'll be asked to provide your chosen contact out of the ones mentioned in the term before, you NEED to choose and send your contact method, otherwise I'll be unable to communicate with you or continue your order.4.3.- If I'm unable to contact you due to the term before or you don't reply to the updates after a week, your order will be cancelled, refunds or not will happen according to term 3.2.Deadlines & Usage/License
5.1.- I don't take rush order nor deadlines, your order will be finished once I'm able to. Insistence on your order being finished fast after being told so it isn't possible will lead to it being cancelled. Refunds or not will happen according to term 3.2.5.2.- Finalized Artwork can be used for personal and non-commercial/commercial usage, but usage in NFTs, Blockchain, Crypto or AI Database training, among related things is forbidden.5.3.- Providing Credit for your finalized art is not required, but it's highly appreciated. You can edit the piece but you MUST state these changes weren't done by the original artist.
